The strong foundations of today's Mr. Rajesh Arora (Vice Chairman) –of Arora & Associates Realty Ltd.  Laid down some 27 years back within the boundaries of Delhi Public School. Soon after picking up his degree from Delhi University he joined hands with his legendary father in the family owned highly specialized business of real estate consultancy.

27 years of compassionate hard work made him won big accolades not only from the Indian industry but also for the MNCs. His core area of specialization remains real estate investments but stretches far and wide to envelop foreign investment, public sector units, industrial development, and capital markets and investment promotion.

It was his vision & business acumen, which saw the metamorphosis of Arora & Associates Realty Ltd. from a father-son team into a professional organization with 60 strong professionals servicing the corporate India.

From a small office in Antriksh Bhawan in 80's Arora and Associates grew many folds under his able guidance and today no other Realtor can boast of an infrastructure of 5 branch offices in Delhi in addition to the Corporate Office immaculately done up in 10,000 sq. ft. of space in World Trade Centre.

Arora & Associates Realty Ltd. celebrated the new millennium with spreading its wings over to Mumbai and Bangalore and thus becoming a true national player. Perfectionist Rajesh has traveled all over the world to study the Real Estate Developments across the globe.

ISO 9001-2000 certification adds another feather to Vice Chairman cap. Arora & Associates Realty Ltd. today enjoys the distinction of becoming India's first Real Estate Consultant to be awarded the prestigious ISO 9001-2000 certificate by AQA of America.
