1947
  • Arora & Associates Realty Ltd. starts its journey with sale of office space to Hitkari Cycles Ltd in Mumbai and New Delhi.
1961-1970
  • Lease of Residential Bungalows on Kautilya Marg, Diplomatic Enclave, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi to English Electric Company and many more...
1971-1980
  • Sale of Burma Shell House to ECE Ltd. Arranged lease of space in the same building to IFCI (21,000 Sq, ft.), Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation and Punjab National Bank.
  • Introduced concept of multi-story buildings in New Delhi with Akash Deep at Barakhamba Road & Himalaya House at Kasturba Gandhi Marg respectively at the rate of Rs. 90- 125 per sq. ft. for sale and rental of Rs.1.50 per sq. ft. per month.
  • Thereafter , started sale of first series of buldingd like Surya Kiran, Himalaya House, Ansal Bhawan in Connaught Place & pioneered sale of Buildings in Nehru Place, rajouri Garden, Janakpuri, Milan Cinema Complex and many other commercial areas.
  • Provided retail space on long term lease to Bata India Ltd & assisted in the shifting of the Food Corporation of India office from Chennai to New Delhi by arranging for office space in Defence Colony, New Delhi.
1981-1990
  • Launched the sale of World Trade Centre, New Delhi (2,50,000 sq. ft.) & International Trade Tower (3,50,000 sq ft.)
  • Arranged lease of entire complex of Amba Deep building on Kasturba Gandhi Marg, Connaught Place, New Delhi.
  • Facilitated lease of GE's Head Quarter at AIFACS Building,Rafi Marg a Historical Location as it overlooks President House & Parliament House in New Delhi.
1991-2000
  • Arranged lease of entire commercial complex in Radisson Hotel (80,000 sq. ft.),provided Coca Cola India with 1,00,000 sq. ft. of space on lease for their headquarters.
  • Leased 40,000 sq.ft. To J Walter Thompson (erstwhile HTA).
  • Arranged lease of 1,00,000 sq.ft. in Gopal Das Bhawan in Connnaught Place, New Delhi
2001-2004
  • Provided Block-C in Global Business Park, Gurgaon to Inter Globe (80,000 sq .ft.).
  • Provided 50,000 sq.ft. Office space to Amarchand Mangaldas, 60,000 sq.ft. to Wipro Spectramind & 30,000 sq.ft. to Deloitte Haskin & Sells.
  • Leased space to Li & Fung ( 45, 000 sq.ft.), Bharti Enterprises (50,000 sq.ft.), Ericsson (1,70,000 sq.ft.) and Moser Baer (40,000 sq.ft.).
  • Structured sale of RMZ Titanium (2,00,000 sq.ft.) in Bangalore.
  • Structured sale of The Great Eastern Plaza, Nehru Place, New Delhi (55,000 sq. ft.)
  • Leased retail space to Athena (13,000 sq.ft.),Mango (10,000 sq.ft.), Planet Fashion of Madura Garments (50,000 sq.ft.) and Tommy Hilfiger (5, 000 sq.ft.).
  • Arranged sale of Residential Bungalows in Delhi's Diplomatic Enclave at 25 Sardar Patel Marg ( 3,700 sq.yds.) & Lutyen's Bungalow Zone at 3A, Tees January Marg ( 6,500 sq.yds.).
2005-2008
  • Structure sale of RMZ Futura, an IT compus in Hyderabad. Leased (5,00,000 sq. ft.)in the same to Deliotte & Google.
  • Leased out Reliance first Hyper Market 2,00,000 sq.ft. in Faridabad & Reliance first Mega Store in North India 1,50,000 sq.ft. in Ambience Mall Gurgaon.
  • Facilitated joint venture between world renowned developer M/s Hines to Construct & Develop 1.4 million sq.ft. on NH 8 with M/s Shyam Telecom.
  • Structured sale of entire shopping Complex 'Central Mall' located at Bund Garden Road, Pune.
  • Sale of more then 100 units in AEZ Aloha Gurgoan/Sale of residential flat in Jaypee Green Wish Town at Noida Expressway/Sale of residential flat 2250 sq.ft. at Panchsheel Marg, Chanakyapuri New Delhi.
  • Sale lot of plots in BPTP 1500 acre township/Sale of large condominium and penthouses in OMAXE Forest, Noida/Sale of Farmhouses in Deramandi & Westend Greens/Sale of luxurious built suit to bungalow in DLF City, Gurgoan.
2009-2010
  • Structured sale of Independent Tower of 1,000,00 sq.ft. at Omaxe Citadel at jasola, New Delhi.
  • Facilitated lease of 20,000 sq.ft. at Jasola to Miele Appliance India Pvt. Ltd.
  • Leased out retail space to Aza Fashion 4,000 sq.ft. at South Ex. New Delhi & 22,500 sq.ft. to Mudra Communications Pvt.Ltd. at Okhla Industrial Estate Phase III, Delhi.
  • Leased out 1,00,000 sq.ft. to Wipro in Omaxe, Jasola .
  • Leased out retail space over 25,000 sq.ft. to Funcity in Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj New Delhi/Leased out retail space over 25,000 sq.ft. to Homecenter of Lifestyle in Ambiance Mall Vasant Kunj, New Delhi/Leased out over 60,000 sq.ft. to TATAWESTSIDE ,Land Mark & Sisley.
