Working Closely with NRI's seeking to Invest in India. As a Leader he drives Bottom Lines by Managing Large Teams on account of Profit Centre Head perspective. Focussing largely in NCR & South Delhi. Also focusing on JV's.Strong Inter Personal Relations, Business Acumen along with good Foresight results in exceeding deliverables.

Professional Background :Mr. Davendra Kumar has experience of nearly 50 years in the field of Marketing, Legal & Corporate Affairs.

After serving the public sector, viz., the State Trading Corporation of India (STC) for over 25 years at its head office at New Delhi and overseas Offices at Frankfurt, Rotterdam, Paris & London, he switched over to private-sector, namely, CIMMCO (Birla) Limited in 1984 and served in their International Division until January, 1992. While in the STC and CIMMCO, he served on several Export Advisory Committees. In 1987, he was deputed to Brazil, Argentina & Mexico as a Member-delegate of the FICCI sponsored high-powered Indian Official Delegation to participate in the respective Government sponsored Joint Business Councils for development of Indo-Latin America trade.

In February 1992, Mr. Davendra Kumar joined Mohan Exports (India) Limited, as the Senior Vice President & Head of their Office in Moscow responsible for development of trade with the erstwhile Soviet Union / CIS and the Baltic Republics. In May, 1996, Mr. Davendra Kumar took up Consultancy in Marketing, Legal & Corporate Affairs and was associated with a group of companies until end of 2000, when he returned to Mohan Exports and again served them for three years.

While with the STC, Birlas & Mohan Exports, Mr. Davendra Kumar had occasions to inter-act with the Heads of States/Governments, Ambassadors, foreign dignitaries, Heads/CEOs of some of the major Corporations world wide both in Public/Private Sectors. Occasionally, Mr.Davendra Kumar was invited as Guest or Member of the Visiting Faculty at IIFT, FMS, FICCI, etc.

In December, 2004, Mr. Davendra Kumar, joined BPTP Limited, a professionally managed and a fast growing Company in the Real Estate Industry and served there until October, 2009, as the Senior Executive Vice-President (Group Operations) and Head of the Management Advisory Services.

Professional Background :Mr. Chandna has experience of 44 years in the field of Real Estate Marketing, Legal & Administration.

Initially having served in Government of India for 24 years from 1962 to 1986 in the various Ministries such as Ministry of External Affairs (IFS(B)), Ministry of Home Affairs/Department of Personnel & Administrative Reforms, Water & Power Consultancy Services(Ministry of Irrigation) including Prime Minister’s Office working as Private Secretary with the top-most bureaucrats dealing in matters relating to external publicity, policy planning , legal treaties and agreements to be signed with the foreign governments, legal opinion on the issue/confiscation of passports, central secretariat services, labour unions, imparting training to all India services officers, etc. etc.

Worked for 5 years from 1987 to 1992 in the United Group, who were renowned builders of their time and had constructed a number of buildings/apartments such as Gopala Tower, Jyoti, Balrama House, Delhi Blue Apts., DCM Building in Delhi, Krishna Apartments in Bangalore, Balrama Building in Mumbai and had completed various other projects in the other cities of Punjab and J&K and later on switched over to establishment of various industries and diagnostic Centres. Overall in-charge of all administrative, legal and real estate matters of the Group including sale, purchase and transfer of properties, preparation and signing of all sorts of agreements pursue all legal cases etc. of the Group.

Worked for 4 years from 1993 to 1997 in the Arora & Associates as Dy. General Manager (Marketing), then moved over to Eros Group as a Senior Estate Manager from 1998 to 1999 looking after all the affairs of their prestigious Charmwood Village Township and to do all important liaison work of the Group with the State Departments specialization in real estate, legal and administrative matters. In 2000 Mr. Chandna rejoined Arora & Associates Realty Ltd. as a GM (Marketing).Since April 2010 Mr. Chandna has promoted as a Vice President (Marketing).

Qualification :Graduate in History (Hon) from Gharwal University.

Professional Background :Mr. Parmar has experience of 24 years in the field of Marketing & Administration

Initially having served in Hospitality industry as a Graduate Trainee with Taj Group of Hotels from 1983 to November 1984.Thereafter moved to Sales & ticketing with Stic Travels based at Calcutta from Jan 1985 to December 1986.In the year 1987 joined Duncan Industries in the Tea Plantations as an Assistant Manager and served in Dooars, Terai,And Darjeeling in the Beverage industry promoting and marketing and manufacturing of the famous Duncan’s brands such as Gold Cup, Double Diamond, Sargam and Runglee Rungliot was also a key figure at Darjeeling teas being sold to clients from Japan, US, UK, Belgium, Germany and various other countries directly. In 2003 joined Shonkh Technologies an IT company involved in e-governance in Delhi and other states in India. I was Instrumental in setting up off all bases in the then RTOs at New Delhi in 2004.Therafter since 2005 was with AEZ group of companies as HOD Corporate sales and later assisted the MD in marketing. In May 2009 joined MJ Buildvest Pvt Ltd. as HOD marketing overseeing their projects in Bikaner, Amritsar ,Mohali and Himanchal Pradesh.

In April 2010, he took over as the Vice President (Retail & Residential), Arora & Associates Realty Ltd, at its corporate Office at New Delhi INDIA.
